Converting/Saving Flash player 8.0 format to RM or WMP

Folks:

I am looking at a video clip in Flash 8.0 format. The Flash video is
embedded in the IE6.0 browser.

* Is there a way to quickly/simply SAVE this flash video file for
independent viewing in the Real Media Player (RM) or Windows Media
Player (WMP) formats ?

* Does Flash automatically mean that the content is being streamed ?

Thanks,
John.

Not really quick and simple that I know of, BUT can be done (usually)
in two phases.

using something like the Video Downloader 1.0 extension for FireFox you
get the file.
the use SUPER by http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html to convert it.

I believe I read somewhere that SUPER was scriptable. Haven't used
that
Still, this combo has done the job for me. OH, and it all FREEWARE.

post a link here if it goes up -

later.
